Within the Admin menu of Core iQ, navigate to Branch Network. This is the area that Core iQ uses to find the Assigned Branch Manager, as well as any contact information for the branch. Once you have chosen the desired branch, you will want to make an edit to the Assigned Branch Manager. Changing this field to an Active employee within Core iQ will allow the system to have a dedicated fallback account for all cases in which a communication for that branch is not able to be sent on behalf of a given employee. In the case that your Assigned Branch Manager is made Inactive or is unassigned for any reason, you will see a Data Mapping error related to an 'Unassigned Branch Manager'. This means that you need to follow the above steps to remove that error and assign an Active employee to the branch.
