What statuses are considered 'Inactive' for products?

Within Core iQ, there are a number of different statuses that can be appended to a product to make it Inactive. Depending on the type of product (Loan/Ancillary/etc), some or all of these statuses may not apply. However, if you see any of the following statuses related to a product, Core iQ has marked the product as Inactive for that customer/member:

  • Closed
  • Charged Off
  • Paid Off
  • Not Occupied
  • Redeemed
  • Inactive
