You might find yourself locked out of Core iQ if your network username, Employee ID, or Core username changes for any reason. To ensure that you can get back into the platform when a change occurs, you will want to coincide some simple changes in the Employees & Users area with the changes in your core or network. To change either your Network Username, Employee Number, or Core Username, find your employee profile in Core iQ within the Employees & Users area. When you go in to edit your employee profile, you will find each of these fields under the Identification tab. Once you have made your edits, these changes will take effect, allowing you to retain access to Core iQ.
