Whether you queued up a large campaign, or have a communication scheduled later in the afternoon, you might be wondering how communications that are already queued will work with your Electronic Communication Timing window. This setting, found under the Bank/Credit Union & Core Import Setup area of the Admin menu, allows you to choose when electronic communications will be blocked from being Processed in Core iQ. If you have queued up a large campaign that will need to process outside of your window, those communications will not be removed, but will rather be paused until the beginning of your window. This allows your emails and surveys to only be sent within approved timeframes, and will keep individuals from receiving messages at odd hours like 3:00am. Once the start of your Electronic Communication Timing window comes around again, your digital Core iQ communications will automatically restart and will be Processed.
