While you are in Implementations, you can still send communications out from the platform in order to see what they look like in your email client. However, there is an extra step involved in order to have communications processed and delivered. Once the item is queued, you will need to select "Release from Testing" for each communication that you'd actually like to send out from the system. This will release the item from your environment. This is best used if you want to test the sending of one or two emails to external email addresses.
Most firewalls and IT settings will block any emails that leave Core iQ in this manner and attempt to return back through your firewall. For this reason, we do not currently support the functionality of sending internal emails through campaigns, automated schedules, or one-off marketing communications.
